ABOUT SELINA
I’m a passionate climber and routesetter from Nuremberg, Germany. I started bouldering about four years ago and made fast progress since then. I took part at a few fun comp finals in the region but also abroad (for example in Paris). I’d say especially dynamic boulders are my signature style. I love the complexity that dynamic boulders bring with them. My goal at almost every session is to flash the dynamic boulders of the new set since it’s a hard, almost impossible challenge for me every time. I’d love to show you a few tricks on how to climb such boulders.

Fingertraining with Chiara
WORKSHOP
This course offers a structured introduction to finger strength training in climbing.
Beginners will learn the fundamentals, including proper technique and injury prevention.
Intermediate climbers will focus on personalized training methods to push their performance limits. The goal is to systematically build finger strength using hangboards and other tools, helping you climb stronger and more efficiently.
A key aspect of finger training is building structures slowly. Tendons and ligaments develop much more slowly than muscles, making a gradual approach essential. Understanding the anatomy and function of fingers and hands is crucial for safe and effective training.
ABOUT CHIARA

Slab climbing with Hanna Rexer
Workshop content:
Technical basics (focus on slab climbing and footwork)
In slab climbing in particular, it's the small details that turn a somehow unsatisfying climbing experience into a dance.
Far too often when climbing, the focus is on the arms, which we more or less simply ‘run after’.
We pull and haul upwards and forget to utilise the strongest weapons against gravity that the body has to offer as a pushing force: its largest muscle groups and its ability to balance.
In slab climbing, the use of our arms usually shifts strongly towards a balance tool and precise footwork is a crucial key to success.
In this workshop, we will work on precise footwork and partly the specific use of arms and fingers in slabs, which is often very different here than in other types of climbing.
ABOUT HANNA REXER
I started climbing in 1997 as an ‘indoor kid’. There was no one in my family or among my friends who climbed.
How things have changed!
Climbing is one thing above all for me: a place of refuge. A playful way to occupy my body and mind and bring them into the here and now. A rather unique way to discover vertical landscapes and to socialise with people in whose company I feel comfortable.
When I succeed in doing something that was almost impossible for me before, it of course brings me joy, but it gives me even more delight when I see that a sometimes very small hint brings someone else a decisive gain in joy in their own climbing.
Since 2018, I have been a route setter, since 2022 a writer for a climbing magazine and sometimes I combine these jobs with giving workshops, especially on the technical basics of climbing.

Falling and belaying practice with Melanie
WORKSHOP
This workshop teaches how to strengthen both self-confidence and trust in your climbing partner. This creates the foundation for safe and confident climbing.
ABOUT MELANIE MICHALSKI
I’m Melanie, 45 years old, a mother of a 5-year-old son, a systemic therapist and mental coach, and the founder of the Kletter-Werkstatt. I’ve been working with people on their mental strength for 20 years. I am also part of the federal training team of the DAV and VDBS. Additionally, I’m proud to co-host the climbing podcast Kosmos:Klettern with Lena Herrmann and Erika Dürr.
Climbing is my life and my greatest passion. I love traveling with my family to the most beautiful places in the world or working on challenging routes in my home region of Franconia.
Furthermore, it is very important to me that my clients discover climbing in a way that helps them tap into their own strength, shine, and awaken internally – whether on the wall or in my practice. I support them in developing resilience and confidence, enabling them to overcome mental barriers and approach challenges in both climbing and life with a positive mindset.

ABOUT HELGA & JANA MUENZENBERG
We are 2 mothers and 1 grandmother with a combined climbing experience of 80 years.
Jana learned to climb before she could crawl and hasn’t stopped since. Our shared coaching path started after Jana became a mom & Helga helped her to find her path back into her body and into climbing as no knowledge existed about that. Since then, Helga is running a Training program that she developed to help other young mothers regain their strength & get back to climbing.
We recently teamed up to bring climbing fitness to women in all stages of their life – considering the unique physiology of the female body.

Who sets your limits in climbing?
You or everyone else?
PRESENTATION
In this talk, Terri explores the different ways limits show up in climbing, from the pressure to chase harder grades to the impact of other people’s opinions. She shares her journey in the climbing world, where at times, earning her place felt like a greater challenge than the climbs themselves.
As a young woman in this space, Terri has faced the “influencer” stigma, online scrutiny, and the assumption that ability must always be proven. But in the end, none of that matters—because for her, climbing isn’t about validation. It’s about the love of movement, the challenge, and the life lessons that come with each climb.
Through stories and lessons forged on the rock and in the mountains, where trust, fear, and doubt are ever-present. Terri delves into the deeper parallels between climbing and life. This talk is an invitation to push past the barriers we impose on ourselves, to question the limits set by others, and to redefine what it truly means to climb free and without boundaries.
ABOUT TERRI CORTI
Terri Corti is a climbing fanatic who’s always encouraging (or sometimes forcefully convincing) others to embrace the sport. Since discovering climbing in 2018, it has shaped her life, friendships, and the way she sees the world.
For Terri, climbing is all about community and the joy of sharing a passion with equally psyched people. Whether she’s swapping beta with a friend, laughing over a misadventure, or forming unexpected connections, she thrives on the energy and camaraderie that make climbing so much more than just a sport.
