DAY 2 SCHEDULE

DAY 1 PROGRAM

Day 1 consists of:

  • Joint yoga warm-up

  • Climbing on newly built boulders and general hanging out

  • 2 workshop blocks of 45min

  • Lecture 30-40min

  • Final approx. 40-60min

The workshops

The workshops are intended to inspire and educate the participants but are not a full course but rather an insight into what it is like to take a course.

The leaders are invited instructors, route builders and competition climbers with previous experience in coaching.

The workshops have between 5-10 participants depending on the focus.

Most workshops consist of a short theoretical part and practical exercises where the leader helps according to time and opportunity (no guarantee that they will have time to give individual feedback).

There is no age limit for the event but it is aimed at young people and adults. The workshops are not adapted for children.

The climbing

We have brought in really talented female route builders who have spent two days preparing boulder problems and final problems as well as a competition route specifically for this day!

Second hand corner

Here you can sell climbing gear and clothing/functional clothing that you no longer use but still have a lot to give!

NOTE! Safety equipment such as ropes, harnesses, quickdraws are sold/purchased at your own risk and are not something we recommend.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Tag the things you want to sell with a price and your phone number for contact/payment. If you have clothes, we recommend that you also have a hanger.

Hand in your gear at the start of the event and we will lay everything out.

You can then look at other people's gear or hope to get a message/payment during the day!

What hasn't been sold will be picked up at the reception at the end of the day.

The lecture

We invite girls who inspire us in different ways. This year we have invited Karin Eknor from Vertikalverket who will talk about Big Wall climbing!

The final

The final is an on-sight style elimination final for the 6 girls who have climbed the most hard boulders during the day. After the first attempt on the first boulder, 2 girls are eliminated, after the first attempt on the second boulder, 1 girl is eliminated.

If the girls are tied, 1 more attempt is added, but a maximum of 2 attempts.

DAY 2 PROGRAM

Day 2 consists of:

Introduction to bouldering

Top rope climbing
